Payment and refund
Payment for the entire session must be made by check or cash or credit cards (Visa or Master Card) on the first day of class. Early registration with payment is recommended since space is limited. A $30 discount ($15 for children) will be given to students who have already taken a full session and are registering in advance for the following entire session. (early bird registration)
No refund can be made after the first week of class (if refund is issued, classes taken will be deducted + the $50 cancellation fee). If classes are missed, they can be made up attending any of the other scheduled classes during the current session. No credit will be given. Although private classes are more flexible, any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the fee corresponding to the scheduled class will be charged. When purchasing a private package of 20 hours, the classes must be scheduled and taken within 6 months from the date of purchase. No refund or credit will be issued for leftover classes.
$5 transaction fee for all declined credit card transactions.
Any information collected for registration purpose will only be used by Alliance Française de Pasadena and will not be shared with anyone else.
