About this event:
The classic buttery, flaky croissant is a true symbol of French gastronomy but again not all croissants are made equally.
For our next “déjeuner gourmand,” on Tuesday, May 22, we will treat you to an authentic classic croissant from Frenchifornia boulangerie, in Pasadena, who uses “beurre patissier” to make their croissants. This kind of butter is used to make traditional croissants and other French pastries. It has more fat content than regular butter hence, the delicious extra buttery taste.
Christophe will be your host for this delightful free gathering. Please sign up here
Location: Alliance Française de Pasadena
