Let’s kick off the holidays with a joyful wine tasting and food pairing!
Our sommelier is Sylvain Flaure from Winery to Consumers and co-owner of Château Franc Patarabet, Saint Emilion Grand Cru. What a treat!
Sylvain who is also expert on the theory of food and wine paring will make a short presentation which could come handy if you plan to entertain this season. Of course, the mini lecture will be followed by a “dégustation” to put the theory to practice.
And to top it all, we will also serve a traditional bûche de noël!
