Improve your pronunciation and understanding of spoken French!

This course is designed to improve pronunciation and oral comprehension of students for level A2 +. We focus on the individual production of sounds as well as on the basic principles of intonation so as to enable students to improve their accent and acquire a more discerning ear.

The focus of this course is placed on the pronunciation of vowels and consonants, as well as on the aspects of rhythm and enunciation in French. We shall focus on what differentiates nasal vowels from other vowels, the different ways of pronouncing the “r” and the “gn”, and how rhythm in French is linked to sentence structure rather than word specific as it is in English.

Please read cancellation policy carefully before you register.
